The Sr. Analyst, IT will provide comprehensive on-site technical and remote support services for end-users. Provide process development and system support, under minimal direction, in one or more of the following technical areas: desktop, telecom, networks, servers, messaging, cybersecurity, and job scheduling. This includes monitoring, testing, deploying, and input to the design of these environments.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer service calls to troubleshoot reported issues related to desktop hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware failures by making necessary repairs and/or parts replacement and communicates repair status to the user.
- Install, configure, and maintain all desktop applications, laptops, IP phones, tablets, printers, and software for enterprise users.
- Provide support for technical area of expertise.
- Provide 24 hour on call support as required.
- Participate on project teams as needed.
- Provide technical mentorship to other staff members.
- Identify technical support trends, determine root cause and potential solutions.
- Participate in the development of life cycle management processes and recommend improvements.
- Participate with break/fix vendor management.
- Document system/environment changes.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a base salary range of $60,000 to $132,000 plus an annual incentive bonus. The above range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
