The U.S. Cobrand Partner Marketing Team, within US Consumer Services, develops and launches marketing campaigns designed to acquire new Card Members as well as deepen existing Card Member relationships. This is achieved through executing marketing campaigns like new Card acquisition, Card upgrades and spend incentives for existing Card Members. The Senior Analyst (Team Lead) will join a group of dedicated marketers ensuring our key strategic partners, i.e., Delta, Hilton & Marriott are supported in the execution of innovative revenue generating campaigns.

The Sr. Analyst will serve as a marketing campaign execution team lead, responsible for providing guidance, onboarding and overseeing up to 8 of our contractor colleagues. They will also be responsible for advancing overall process efficiency, working closely with Marketing, Compliance, Technology & Operational Risk partners.

The ideal candidate will have effective project management skills as well as strong communication skills-proficiencies crucial in building and launching marketing campaigns and implementing operational improvements that yield the best Marketing outcomes. Finally, this individual will be part of a team that encourages collaboration, teamwork, and fun!

This individual will have the opportunity to become one of the linchpins for the U.S. Cobrand Partner Marketing team, supporting critical marketing campaigns & developing process efficiencies with impactful results. Gained perspective in marketing operations will empower the individual to assess the nuances & scope of these initiatives, resourcefully translating these marketing strategies into successful campaigns. The ideal candidate would combine their strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a collaborative environment with a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution and project management to ensure campaigns are launched accurately with on-time delivery, leveraging cross-functional relationships across internal & external partners
  • Develop leadership skills in providing resources & support for execution analysts to support marketing campaigns across acquisition & customer initiatives
  • Perform as a vital colleague in conceptualizing marketing strategies into actionable plans, reviewing creatives with compliance/legal teams and building offers with technology/capability partners
  • Partner with other team leads in the support of department-wide initiatives, developing process efficiencies, and building partnerships to enhance our existing approach
  • Ability to proactively setup and run periodic meetings/touch-bases with our key internal partners, helping establish trust so our campaigns run more efficiently
  • Build, monitor and report on team efficiency metrics, learning from colleagues across the organization

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years work experience, preferably in marketing or campaign management
  • Experience onboarding and mentoring less tenured analysts/associates
  • Project management experience and organization skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities to drive flawless execution
  • Strong attention to detail, serving as a process-focused problem solver
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, building and leveraging relationships to create solutions and process efficiencies
  • Strong mix of analytical skills and strategic thinking to implement impactful solutions that drive business results
  • Desire to learn and be part of a fast-paced, results-oriented, dynamic team
  • Demonstrate collaborative approaches to drive a project/initiative to completion, contributing to a team culture that promotes teamwork and fun

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
