The following position is to join our RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services:
Our Global Financial Services organization is searching for a Time & Attendance Analyst to support our Collins Aerospace business unit's payroll process. This role will gather T&A data from AutoTime systems and reconcile data for payroll from numerous domestic sites.
What You Will Do
- Analyze Time and Attendance data for weekly, bi-weekly & semi-monthly payrolls
- Prepare Time and Attendance files weekly
- Work with employees and management
- Support internal and external audits
- Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley testing and documentation
- Complete other analysis and tasks as required
Qualifications You Must Have
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience in Time & Attendance Systems
- 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
- 2+ years of experience reviewing and analyzing payroll reports.
- This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

- Proven effective utilization of Six-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE) and a history of driving process improvements and effecting change.
- Capable of managing disputes and resolving issues independently with minimum supervision.
- Creative problem solver with strong analytical, decision-making and interpersonal skills with the ability to craft solutions to everyday challenges with creative new ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively on projects with other functional departments and has exceptional organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills and have the ability communicate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization including remote Business Unit staff and senior members of the management team.

Candidates must be located in and willing to work in a hybrid capacity from our facility in Rockford, IL but other locations can considered.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.
Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
