This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for pricing functions across multiple global product portfolios that support the company's strategic revenue and margin growth strategies. The position manages complex data examining industry trends and pricing strategies of competitors and conducts regular reviews across product families to determine their competitiveness in the market. The incumbent will also work cross-functionally in setting the appropriate pricing levels for new products based on product and customer-specific knowledge. This position will ensure various inputs from stakeholders and align the needs with the portfolio's strategic direction. This position will also work with Analytics to include customer market and competitor knowledge in making pricing decisions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving gross margins and implementing pricing strategies, maximizing revenue results through price optimization.
  • Studies pricing strategy (academically and in benchmarking) and recommends continuously improving motor parts pricing strategy to ensure market share growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Research and analysis - compiles and analyzes competitive parts data.
  • Responsible for quickly and efficiently resolving pricing issues and concerns of our dealer network and sales staff.
  • Recommends system changes/maintenance and pricing system improvements.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Education Specifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field.
Experience Requirements

Required:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Five years of product line pricing management, data research, and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, organizing, and prioritizing skills are a must.
  • Requires strong knowledge of SAP is essential. Knowledge of motorcycle parts nomenclature and parts structure
