How will you make an impact in this role?
American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in Commercial Payments and continues to be an exciting and fast-growing business. We are the #1 issuer of Corporate Cards in the US, including relationships with over 60% of Fortune 500 businesses. The program is a critical driver of spend and growth for American Express. Our team is responsible for developing and leading a suite of solutions for mid-sized and large businesses across the globe, including driving new, innovative benefits and features. We have backed with this strategy with investments in our Card Member Benefits and Offers suite through partnerships with Uber, Hilton, and Clear and are continuously exploring ways to provide differentiated value to Corporate CMs.
This role will support the roadmap and daily operations for Card Member (CM) benefits across the portfolio's Platinum, Gold, and Green cards. This person has an outstanding chance to support and influence the future of corporate travel and help redefine the business traveler's experience. This individual will also work closely with external third-parties and internal teams to help deliver relevant value for Corporate CMs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops understanding of Corporate customer needs (Decision Makers/Program Administrators/Card Members) and the competitive environment.
- Partners with external third parties and internal colleagues to run operational processes and regulatory requirements for CM benefits.
- Deliver perfect execution on critical customer processes that support the Corporate Card program.
- Liaises with marketing, governance, sales & account development teams, and colleague product teams on benefit communication plans.
- Provides input for existing and potential CM benefits and value.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Strong customer orientation and desire to learn about sophisticated customer needs.
- High attention to detail and ability to perfectly navigate internal and third-party operational process requirements.
- Critical thinker willing to question the status quo.
- Outstanding relationship management, communication, and project management skills.
- Positive, flexible, and proactive team-player.
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B products preferred
Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
