We are looking for Senior Analyst Revenue Management for our Hospitality division.

Summary of the role:

Are you the next Senior Analyst Revenue Management we are looking for?

  • The Senior Analyst Revenue Management is responsible for the end to end royalties and partner share processes, including the accuracy of the monthly calculation and timely payments to our partners, as well as the maintenance and reconciliation of the general ledger activity of the related partner royalties GL accounts.
  • The position is heavily involved in the month end period end accounting closing, managing the revenue calculation under IFRS for two of our Amadeus US subsidiaries.
  • The Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst supports other ad-hoc projects. In particular improvement projects, data audits and reporting requests and involvement in Hospitality Sales Lead to Cash (SLTC) initiative.

In this role you'll:

Area Expertise:

  • Maintain/continuously expand expert level functional knowledge of Amadeus Hospitality partner royalties and revenues as a Subject Matter Expert for the related processes
  • Act as a global reference and a "go to" person within the department for the assigned processes and areas
  • Partner with Partner Success and Finance teams to identify and tap into knowledge and expertise

Internal and External Customer Service Excellence

  • Keep team members, management, partners and Amadeus personnel informed of key or widespread issues as necessary
  • Work with our financial external auditors and internal audit function enabling a seamless audit process.
  • Communicate and document known resolutions to problems or issues
  • Maintain the highest level of internal and external (partners) satisfaction

Operational Efficiency

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the next level Escalation Team in accordance with support escalation procedures.
  • Assist in identifying process and procedure improvements and general areas needing improvement within the department
  • Conduct periodic and regular audits of royalties paid and supporting processes

About the ideal candidate:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in previous roles such as; (G/L Accountant or Revenue Accountant) - preferably in large corporations
  • Business Understanding:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Requires a highly motivated, service-oriented professional with the ability to communicate effectively to people at all levels and experience
  • Computing: working knowledge ERP, specifically SAP S4 Hana and Zuora is a plus. Excel advance skills Visual Basic is a plus. Reporting skills: SQL, etc.

    • Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) required
