Job Description Summary:
The ServiceNow IRM Technology Enablement Sr Analyst is responsible for supporting design and implementation of PayPal's Risk and Compliance Technology under the guidance of the Risk and Compliance Technology Enablement Senior Manager and Program Owners. As PayPal continues development of this platform, we are seeking a Sr Analyst to support execution on and evolution of the vision for this platform.
PayPal's Risk and Compliance Technology Enablement platform helps the company identify, assess, and mitigate risk using a unified data-driven approach. It enables our Risk and Compliance group to perform risk assessment, issue management, and many other processes.

In this role, you will work across the organization to understand and document technology and data needs and work with technology teams to implement solutions.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support design and development of PayPal's tools and technology supporting Risk and Compliance, including ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management and internally developed solutions.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories and epics. Assist in the prioritization of the product roadmap and backlog.
- Work with users to assess their needs and new features or enhancements to continuously improve the platform.
- Walk through product vision and specification with engineering and architecture - review the technical solution.
- Work closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams throughout the software development lifecycle - be able to resolve open issues, answer product questions and guide the engineering and development teams to building the right products.
- Partner with an agile scrum team to execute on detailed requirements or user stories. Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals. Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Work with analytics partners to evaluate, experiment, and launch outcomes as well as ongoing product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Develops and executes functional and user acceptance testing to ensure development meets customers needs and quality expectations.
- Manage platform administrator (responsible for front-line support, administration, coordinating bug fixes, and generally supporting the Risk and Compliance Technology Enablement Product Managers).
- Serve as the product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions related to the product
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proven product management experience, including defining and documenting requirements or user stories
- Developed technical competency. In-Depth knowledge of in agile methodologies and ability to break them down into epics, user-stories and tasks
- Experience and proficiency in the Financial Services compliance and/or regulatory environment
- Sharp analytical ability and attention to details
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Self-driven, ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain situations
- Experience with data and reporting tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.) a plus
- Project management training a plus
Education and Experience:
• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. 2+ years of relevant product management experience with an overall 4+ years total experience preferred
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM or similar GRC platforms is preferred
• Bachelor's degree and knowledge of the financial services compliance or regulatory environment is required.
