Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Analyst to join our Integrated Supply Chain Operations (ISCO) organization. This position will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, monitoring, and control of projects within our organization. The Sr. Analyst position will work with stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and program delivery.
- Monitor project progress and track project milestones and deliverables.
- Work with project managers and stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Prepare summary slides and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and status reports to ensure cohesion, progress, visibility, and accountability of internal & external partners.
- Represent the Supply Chain organization's interests with cross-functional teams and enterprise organizations.
- Ability to effectively communicate project information both written and verbally with all project stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including IT and business stakeholders.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
