As a Dynamic Engagement Customer Success Manager, you will lead collaborative projects to help Workday customers obtain high value and adoption from their subscriptions. As a team, we partner with our Customer Success Managers to provide email campaigns and other deliverables for the benefit of Workday customers. Our CSM team works with companies that are facing and influencing some of the most exciting challenges of today - growing automation and new ways to work, to name a few.
About the Role
You will act as a primary owner of a key digital campaign and be every iterating for efficiencies and effectiveness, while leveraging data for campaign baseline and post campaign metrics. You will have the opportunity to develop and shape this strategy for continued success.
You will own the research, planning, coordination, and execution of launching tech touch customer success service programs to drive engagement, renewal, and expansion, value and adoption. Drawing on usage data and other information, you will craft a segmented approach to engaging and providing self-guided solutions to tech touch customers.
You will optimize the tech touch program and ensure that there are measures in place to understand how we are doing and how we can improve and learn. You will also program manage and collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and drive execution, partner with others, in particular with our internal Gainsight team as well as our broader customer success team.
You'll have the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with many teams internally. You will support your workmates on projects and knowledge share. You'll contribute to the feedback process to ensure constant and valuable input is available to the teams and advocate and prioritize as required.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 2-4 years relevant work experience in a Customer Success Tech Touch/Project management/Engagement-HR role.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Internal and external, written and verbal communication are important in this role.
- Ability to present and interact with business teams with ease and integrity.
- Analytical and process oriented. Metrics and data are key in this role and for the Dynamic Engagement team.
- A desire to incorporate feedback and personally grow as a team member, leader, and as a professional.
- Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce.com and Slack is highly preferred.
- Motivated to learn and grow knowledge around all aspects of a successful product, project and transformational change in organizations.
- Strongly interested in technology and software development.
