Title: Sr Associate, Patient Experience CAHPS/HOS

Role Description:
The Senior Associate, Patient Experience - Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Provider and Systems (CAHPS)/Health Outcome Survey (HOS) will be responsible for supporting initiatives that span the patient experience journey (e.g. scheduling, referrals, provider discussions, etc). The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This will be a high-visibility role requiring cross-team collaboration within Patient Experience and Service Operations and other teams (e.g. Population Health, Managed Care Operations, payer relationships, etc.).
Core Responsibilities:

• Support high-impact patient experience initiatives on the CAHPS/HOS roadmap
• Perform data analysis, identifying key insights and trends to inform decision-making
• Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
• Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and coordination among various workstreams
• Participate in meetings with payers and internal stakeholders, as needed
• Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare / patient experience roles
• Strong interpersonal skills that support effective stakeholder engagement
• Strong written communication skills; highly proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint
• Analytical and data savvy; highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Project management experience
• Strong level of organization, accountability, detail orientation, and focus on deadlines and metrics
• Passion for excellence, willing to go the extra mile to achieve objectives and ensure consistently high quality work product
• Quick learner comfortable with a high level of ambiguity
• Collaborative working style, able to work cross functionally
• US work authorization
