Sr Automation Engineer, Test Automation

Responsibilities will include:

• Work as part of an agile automation team to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition through to delivery.
• Lead strategic decisions regarding technologies, infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Contribute to an ongoing effort to increase and improve test coverage.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, retrospectives to constantly maintain and improve code and best practices with the team on a large and fast scaling product.
• Manage automation DevOps integration, maintain and develop infrastructure that runs automation. 

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. 
• 5+ years experience as an automation & infrastructure developer utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, Python - Must
• Experienced in building integration & non-functional test frameworks (APIPerformanceSecurity) - Must
• Experience with Cloud technologies & CICD pipelines (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) - Must  
• Experience in writing automation tests using selenium webdriver - Advantage
• Basic SQL & Database administration experience (PostgresMongo) - Advantage
• Web development (client/server) experience - Advantage
• Advanced code design, coding, debugging and maintenance skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time in an intense fast-growing company.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical designs and solutions in clear, concise and easily readable format by both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to coach, mentor and train personnel (i.e. test engineers) within a technical organization.
