Sr Backend Developer (AI)

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Data Preprocessing: Clean preprocess and curate large datasets to ensure high-quality data for training and validation of AI models.
• Model Training and Evaluation: Train and fine-tune AI models using appropriate techniques and frameworks. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and iterate on models to improve their accuracy and efficiency.
• Algorithm Development: Design implement and optimize machine learning algorithms and models that solve specific business problems such as natural language processing computer vision recommendation systems predictive analytics etc.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated with emerging AI technologies tools and frameworks and evaluate their suitability for solving specific business challenges.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers software developers product managers and domain experts to align AI solutions with overall product development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Must have 7-8 years of experience in developing enterprise applications in AI and DataScience Domain.
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience in developing solutions using GenAI and related Frameworks.
• Very Strong in using Python and related technologies with 3+ years a focus on AIOps DataOps MLOps.
• Deep understanding of AI Models architecture and working principle.
• Deep understanding of the Machine Learning Algorithms
• Knowledge on Trending LLM’s and related Multi Modal Architecture
• Knowledge on Fine Tuning LLM’s to a specific use case and model serving.
• Hands on Experience on Prompt Engineering and its concepts.
• Hands on experience in EDA Data Preprocessing Post Processing Synthetic data generation concepts.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience designing building and maintaining AI solutions in Cloud Standalone systems.
• Experience in Data Annotation and other data processing techniques.
• Experience in developing deploying in Cloud base Platforms.
