Position Summary:

Seeking a highly motivated and team oriented SCM IT Extended Warehouse Management & Quality Management Expert with experience in SAP EWM-QM Integration to join our GIS Business Analyst Functional and Process group. The candidate must have a strong understanding of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and Quality Management and having a strong integration knowledge with other components such as PP, WM, ECC, EHS, TM and EAM used in End to End Supply Chain process. The candidate should have at least 8+ years of experience working in an IT organization preferably Biotech, Life Sciences, or related industry in configuring, deploying and managing SAP EWM-QM with integration.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Global Process Leads, Solution Design Leads and Value Stream Leads on issue resolution and process design recommendations
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with the global customer solutions and GIS team to evaluate support requests.
• Gather and analyze requirements to determine if the best solution.
• Provide routine updates to the global team regarding upcoming enhancements, bug fixes, and improvements to the business system to support regulatory audits, efficiency improvements, and additional functionality.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to develop improved processes and communication in support of business initiatives
• Escalate appropriate decisions making requirements or process "choice points" to Global Process Owner and GIS Leads
• Ability to articulate or demonstrate perspectives and experiences
• Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes particularly under tight timelines
• Open to new ways of working, adopting industry standards and best practices
• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP EWM-QM experience preferred
• Experience functional lead with demonstrated capability to work cross teams
• Around 8 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management systems and processes
• Experience in implementation of SAP EWM-QM with various deployment options preferably EWM on S/4 HANA.
• Strong exposure of SAP EWM-QM, Inspection Lot process, Inspection Document, Non Conformance, Usage Decision, Batch & Serial Management, Outbound, Inbound, Internal warehouse process, Internal processes with VAS, EGR, Physical Inventory and Posting Change process.
• Experience in creation of Quality Master Data, Inspection Type, Master Data i.e. Packaging Specifications, Warehouse Organizational Structure, Settings for Handling Units etc. Must have sound knowledge and experience in configuring/modifying Post Processing Framework in SAP EWM. Along with a strong expertise in setting up the system integration between SAP ERP with SAP EWM on S/4 HANA
• Proficient experience in interface development (RFC/ALE/IDoc/Web Services)
• Extensive experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation
• Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration with IT leadership experience with SAP EWM projects

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
• Field of Study in Computer Science or Information Systems
• Strong influencing, facilitating and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments
• Consulting background a plus
