You will not only define and evaluate use cases but also build working AI prototypes that demonstrate real value in days rather than months. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, you will translate ambiguous problems into testable AI-driven solutions. The environment is fast-paced, experimental, and highly iterative, requiring comfort with evolving tools and shifting priorities. Your work will directly influence executive decisions by proving ROI and feasibility before large-scale investment. Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and accelerating AI-driven automation opportunities while building functional prototypes that validate business value before engineering investment. Your work will directly shape strategic decisions and influence enterprise-wide automation priorities.
- Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of AI automation opportunities sourced from stakeholders, leadership, and business units.
- Develop structured business cases with clear ROI modeling, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and performance improvements.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped AI/automation use cases with measurable success criteria.
- Build functional prototypes using modern AI tooling and agent-based workflows to validate feasibility and impact quickly.
- Present demo-ready solutions to stakeholders and executives to support go/no-go decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to hand off validated prototypes with clear documentation and requirements.
- Track outcomes, measure realized impact, and produce executive-level reporting on portfolio performance.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompting, evaluation, and workflow design.
- Working proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying, analysis, and light automation tasks.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including ROI modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Experience communicating complex insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Familiarity with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP (or equivalents).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
- Background in healthcare, financial services, insurance, SaaS, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Competitive base salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks (typically $95,000–$144,000 USD).
