Sr. Business Analyst- AI Prototyping & Automation

You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and accelerating AI-driven automation opportunities while building functional prototypes that validate business value before engineering investment. Your work will directly shape strategic decisions and influence enterprise-wide automation priorities.

• Maintain and prioritize a pipeline of AI automation opportunities sourced from stakeholders, leadership, and business units.
• Develop structured business cases with clear ROI modeling, including cost savings, efficiency gains, and performance improvements.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into well-scoped AI/automation use cases with measurable success criteria.
• Build functional prototypes using modern AI tooling and agent-based workflows to validate feasibility and impact quickly.
• Present demo-ready solutions to stakeholders and executives to support go/no-go decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to hand off validated prototypes with clear documentation and requirements.
• Track outcomes, measure realized impact, and produce executive-level reporting on portfolio performance.

Requirements

This role requires strong business analysis expertise combined with hands-on experience in applied AI tools and prototype development in dynamic environments.

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompting, evaluation, and workflow design.
• Working proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying, analysis, and light automation tasks.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including ROI modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
• Experience communicating complex insights clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with modern AI/agent frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, or MCP (or equivalents).
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with a strong bias toward action and experimentation.
• Background in healthcare, financial services, insurance, SaaS, or other regulated industries is a plus.
