All about the role:

Sr.Business Analyst position for Operations has the overall responsibility andaccountability for communicating trends, forecasting, annual planning, businessanalysis and managing month-end close activities as it relates to operationalactivities. In addition, the Sr.Business Analyst plays a key role by business partnering and supportingexecution of set objectives by Operations and Finance business partners as wellas working to streamline and improve processes using BI and forecasting tools.

What you'll do:

Asthe Sr. Business Analyst for Operations, youwill work cross functionally to understand the full picture of operationsacross the organization and act as a central resource to coordinate operationalfinancial activities. Partneringwith global counterparts to report, share results, and best practices ensuring metricsmake sense and are driving business results. You will help to streamline theforecasting process, utilizing new tools such as business intelligencedashboards and forecasting modules.- You will lead initiatives toenhance/automate reporting capabilities, both from financial and operationalperspective and provide analytical support to business partners in terms ofcollecting, analyzing, and reporting cost trends.

In detail, you will:• Preparemonthly operational reporting from manufacturing and sourced locations. Work with controllers and stakeholders toensure accuracy of financial forecasting.• Leadmonthly MBR reporting, inclusive of Supply Chain, across all levels (plantmanagers, VP and COO)• Manageoperational fixed cost, headcount and SG&A reviews, working closely with HRand stakeholders• Leadthe standards setting process across the organization. Work with multiple stakeholders to coordinatethis activity.• Identifycost trends and make recommendations for cost out/process improvements andtrack results.• Workclosely with PMO teams associated with cost out activities to provide accuratereporting and guidance• LeadBANA SKU Profitability transition from an operational perspective• ImproveFTI modeling for production and transportation scenarios• Supportlocal teams on transformative agenda (improved DM reporting, OEM analysis etc)

Qualificationsrequired: • B.S. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedfields• Minimum 5 - 7 years'experience with data analysis or measurement reporting• Strong analytical skillswith strong cost modeling experience• Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel and Business Intelligence Tools• Preferred Systemutilization: SAP, Power BI.• Must be able to applyanalytical and decision making skills without direct supervision.
