Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
