Sr Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Description
As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at Gartner, you will be supporting teams across the organization with reporting, analysis, and deriving actionable insight from various internal systems and data sources. You'll be working directly with these teams to pull time sensitive information, merge together data from separate sources, and create dynamic on-demand reports and dashboards.

What you'll do:
• Partner with stakeholders to define data and reporting requirements
• Use multiple Business Intelligence tools to extra data from numerous sources
• Set up and manage recurring report schedules
• Maintain and implement enhancements to our suite of self-serve reports and dashboards
• Work alongside Gartner's corporate Information Technology team to develop new reporting capabilities
• Triage incoming report requests and process those requests in an efficient manner
• Set up and complete quality assurance testing of our reports and system changes
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree is required, Masters or advanced degree a plus
• Strong analytics skills and experience in Power BI is a must, other tools nice to have
• Strong understanding with T-SQL, DAX, Power Query (M)
• Industry knowledge of BI landscape and latest emerging tools supporting descriptive to perspective analytics
• Proven ability to transfer knowledge, such as mentoring or training
• Ability to work in global, cross-functional virtual teams
• Strong communication skills to ensure the satisfaction of Gartner associates requesting support
• Ability to work effectively on multiple projects at the same time

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 76,000 USD - 106,260 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
