Title: Senior Engineer I, Business Process
Role Description:
The role of Business Process Engineer includes the review, updating and/or refinement of
existing portfolio, governance, product and development processes as well as the development
of new processes necessary to support the full scope of the product development lifecycle and
related functions. Process development includes performing gap analysis, strategic and tactical
planning, roadmap planning, implementation of solutions and monitoring performance for
continuous improvement. Developing and maintaining sustainable technology and business processes is achieved by consistent analysis of systems and its processes, efficiency and target or intended results.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Engage in process initiating activities such as identifying stakeholders, defining process

development approach, determining roles and responsibilities, etc.
  • Execute proven project management methods and practices to facilitate and ensure

predictable, consistent, and successful delivery of process program delivery
  • Participate in defining process governance outlining roles/ responsibilities, decision rights, rules and clearly defined escalation paths
  • Create and maintain a consolidated timeline/schedule highlighting the major milestones

and associated dates for process development activities
  • Identify and communicate process dependencies and impacts
  • Ensure success criteria is defined upfront to promote alignment and actively manage the

expected process outcomes
  • Create and document process models
  • Develop and/or modify processes and procedures in accordance with company standards
  • Participate in providing a holistic view of completed processes to the organization and all stakeholders as necessary based on the scope of the process
  • Participate in developing key performance indicators to demonstrate effectiveness of process implementations and monitor for continuous improvement
  • Create and participate in execution of training and roll-out plans for introducing new and

modified processes to the organization
What are we looking for?
  • 5+ years in an IT management role
  • 3+ years experience in Business Process Management and/or a process improvement

role
  • Experience improving or transforming a process or group within an organization leveraging organizational change management techniques to optimize delivery
  • Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts
  • Strong experience in program/project management
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at mid to senior levels of the organization
  • Ability to lead and achieve results through cross-functional teams and drive towards a
  • common goal
  • Ability to assess and communicate progress against a defined roadmap
  • Ability to operate with limited oversight
  • Ability to function in a fast moving and growing environment
  • Experience with Google apps, Microsoft Office suite
  • US work authorization
