In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative business systems analysts and developers focused on ensuring our products comply with Agency requirements. You will use utilize structured analysis and design techniques, formulate systems scope and objectives, and provide solutions to various business problems. You will prepare detailed specifications from which systems will be designed and programs will be written. Analyzing and solving existing system logic difficulties as well as ensuring the development item is delivered as per your requirements.
We're looking for someone who excels at organization. Integrity, resilience, and communication, both verbal and written are must-haves in this job.
To thrive in this role, you must take command of your development items, lead multiple team's efforts, and be a deep listener who can ask the right clarifying questions to help understand the problem your stakeholders are trying to solve. You've worked with Agile teams and understand development life cycles. You have experience with corporate tax and be comfortable sharing your experience as well as asking questions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Here's what you can expect on a typical day:

• Organization -- Expect on average 60-80 mini projects in one quarter. You'll conduct structured analysis according to SDLC standards and prepares analysis documentation, including User Stories, Use Cases, or other requirements documentation. These documents serve as input to the creation of program specifications, test plans, user and system documentation, and training development and are used in all subsequent phases of the life cycle.
• Collaboration -- Working with the Product Development team on an approach and alternatives to satisfy user, business, statutory and system requirements. Present alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus.
• Review -- Responsible for the sign off of the development of functional testing requirements for new or existing system features. Conduct system walkthrough and formal review.
• Support and Communication -- Provides assistance to other staff members and development groups on selected business and technical issues. Assists in estimating and scheduling of a project or project tasks. Provides assistance to the IT Organization to troubleshoot and resolve problems and to explore opportunities for enhancement and improvement.
• Knowledge-- Remain up-to-date on all systems analysis tools by reading related material and taking courses. Acquire business knowledge by learning the daily business operations of ADP and by obtaining a solid understanding of ADP products and features.
• Leadership & Ownership- Ability to take a leadership role in the delivery of Tax Compliance to the relevant Tax Systems and own your Epics throughout the life cycle.
• Tools - You'll use Jira to manage and monitor the life cycle of your epics and Confluence for documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Prior experience within Tax or Legislative Development is a plus

vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the
form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Salary Range for this role is $64,500-$164,900/Year
