This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.

The Sr Business Systems Specialist assists and contributes to the design, development, and deployment of business systems to meet division goals and objectives. This role will act as a bridge between departments to help IT members understand business objectives and requirements, as well as help stakeholders utilize the full functionality of the systems available.

What you do

  • Review changes and recommend improvements
  • Implement configuration changes
  • Review and collaborate on documented requirements
  • Execute changes according to change management protocol
  • Operationally support third party application system(s)
  • Validate system changes
  • Analyze anomalies within the package system
  • Ensure the system supports the business process
  • Develop and manage the reporting from production systems and data lake
  • Other duties as assigned


What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of related experience required
  • Report and analytics development experience preferred in tools such as Power BI, Smartview, FRS, Dataiku, Excel, Cognos, or Tableau
