Job Description

The Integrated Marketing team is a critical function to the marketing strategy, crafting and executing impactful campaigns that will drive Abnormal’s next phase of growth. As the Senior Campaigns Manager, you will own, develop, and execute multiple campaigns that generate awareness,Β  pipeline and increase market share for Abnormal products. This highly cross-functional role requires close collaboration with PMM, brand, digital, and field marketing teams to design integrated campaigns. The role requires a data-driven, operational mindset and a proven track record of leading innovative campaigns to success.

The ideal candidate excels at defining a complete buyer journey at each stage of the funnel, translating messaging frameworks into effective campaigns. You thrive in building and scaling demand generation programs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Skilled in orchestrating integrated campaigns, you can think strategically while executing at an operational level with ease.

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Shape the strategy for your campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives, sales goals, and buyer personas.
  • End-to-End Campaign Execution: Own the campaign lifecycle, including planning,Β  execution, and performance tracking, ensuring seamless coordination of all tactical activities. Provide best-in-class project management to deliver high-quality campaign deliverables on time.
  • Buyer Journey Mapping: Define and refine the buyer journey, aligning messaging, content, and tactics to each stage of the funnel while continuously testing for efficacy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, PMM, content, digital marketing, and brand teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and maximize impact.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance data, including funnel metrics and market data, to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and enhance campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Cross-Channel Expertise: Strong understanding of demand generation across multiple channels and the ability to adapt campaigns to the most effective platforms for target audiences.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms and translate data into actionable business insights.
  • ABM Experience: Expertise in running campaigns with a target account strategy, including experience with ABM tools and programs.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Project Management Excellence: Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Sales Alignment: Experience working with sales teams, aligning their business metrics to marketing campaigns, and driving pipeline growth.
  • Effective Communication: Strong ability to craft clear, concise messages for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in enterprise security or SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
