The Opportunity

The Channel Solution Architect(CSA) will work closely with Adobe's Platinum Partners like CDW, SHI and Insight to drive growth and expansion of Adobe solutions to their end customers. The CSA will help partners improve their customer's understanding of the value and capabilities of Adobe's Document and Creative Cloud solutions through the following:

  • Deliver solution presentations and demonstrations to the partner sellers and their customers.
  • Work closely with the Channel Account Managers and the Partners to help identify, define, and package repeatable DC and CC solutions that help Adobe's partners drive expansion and growth across their customer base.
  • Assist in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs and may prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customer products/applications/solutions.
  • Ceate detailed design and implementation specifications for complex products/applications/solutions.
  • Build mini-applications based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
  • Provide consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation.

What You'll Do

  • Support our channel sales team through discovery and creative skills to design materials to uncover repeatable solutions that address customer gaps and support the partners to drive growth and expansion.
  • Hands-on demonstrations of Adobe Creative / Document Cloud applications to help customers reimagine business problems, improve operations to provision and roll out the software
  • Engage 1:1 with existing Adobe Creative Cloud customers so that they can better understand, use and integrate Adobe Solutions
  • Work on a team of dedicated Solution Consultants to help customers address quantifiable business problems.

What you need to succeed

  • College degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of one year or more of Customer-facing experience working as a Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineers, Technical Sales, etc. -- or -- 3 or more years' experience in a customer creative role
  • Experience working with Adobe partner resellers such as Insight and CDW
  • You know your way around Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Sign, Document Cloud Services, Adobe Express and Firefly. You will be showing these applications regularly.
  • You're good in front of a crowd and can persuasively present your ideas.
  • Be a self-starter and pick things up quickly through research and prototyping solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and can use your business writing skills to answer customers and create internal and external materials concisely.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $172,500 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
