Sr Client Success Executive (CSE)

Introduction
As an IBM CSE you directly help clients transform their business  and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms.  You are a technical leader serving as a liaison among business partners technical resources and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a CSE you will be participating in the ‘Go To Market’ team where you will identify potential clients and attract new opportunities to the company. The goal is to plan develop and implement the staffing plan to meet our clients’ needs and increase the company’s presence in the IT consulting market.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

As a Senior Client Success Executive you will strategize develop and execute plans for our clients and partners. We’re looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Strong client-facing skills
• Technical background
• In-depth experience with generative AI and data projects
• Knowledge of the IT market
• Hands-on experience in creating and implementing staffing plans
• Sales and presales experience
• Proficiency in storytelling
