Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position: Sr. Commercial Lines Account Manager
Location: Allentown, PA

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary consultant for a high-profile and large account book, guiding clients in risk management.
• Contribute to new business revenue by supporting client needs and ensuring high-quality service.
• Coordinate coverage placements, prepare proposals, and participate in sales presentations.
• Build strong relationships with Captive Managers, Company Representatives, TPAs, clients, and team members.
• Partner with Producers to ensure service quality and deliver results that meet client expectations.
• Use agency systems to maintain customer files, process insurance documents, and handle premium billing and claims.
• Analyze and review policy coverage, making suggestions as needed to optimize client protection.
• Adhere to laws, regulations, and agency policies, while proactively seeking ways to improve procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the team, sharing insights and solutions.

Requirements:

• PA Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 3 years with alternative risk insurance products and 5 years working with commercial clients.
• Strong commitment to client service, ethics, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze client contracts.
• Bachelor’s degree and professional designation preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization skills, curiosity, and a growth mindset.
