• Job Description
• Responsible for daily business data management and analysis of the sales team, extracting potential problems and opportunities, and providing in-sights on improvement area or potential issues warning.
• Assist sales Leaders in forecast process to deliver a bottom up forecast as accurate as possible on regular basis. Participate in sales team target setting and assist to improve sales target setting principles and tools.
• Assist to develop and calculate bonus plans, conduct assessments, calculate bonuses, and regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of incentive plans.
• Manage sales data, including data collection, reporting, metrics, and estimates, and handle performance appeals. Generate regular analysis reports for business performance reviews, interpret business conditions & trends, prepare data/deck for Sales leaders.
• Participate in or be responsible for the design and execution of SFE related projects, ensuring that the projects are aligned with the company's strategy and effectively promoted.
• Leads master data quality improvement efforts and ensures sustainment of key data quality in SFDC & CNDB through daily maintenances.
• Respond to ad-hoc business request and Other duties as assigned.
• Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or above, major in mathematics, statistics or related fields.
• Capable of using conventional mathematical statistics, data analysis, and data mining tools to process and analyze data.
• Has good communication and coordination skills, strong influence, strong learning ability, and a sense of responsibility.
• Understand the basic business knowledge of the medical devices, with experience in indicator decomposition, sales bonus scheme specification, and medical device data analysis.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Medical industry background is plus
• Good Communication skills
• Basic business sense and big picture thinking
