What You'll Do:
Traeger’s Community Marketing team is integral to building authentic and meaningful partnerships that drive advocacy and awareness for the Traeger brand. As the Sr. Community Marketing Specialist, you will be a key player that is responsible for identifying and managing relationships and creating strategies that continue to set Traeger apart in outdoor cooking.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Increase brand visibility and engagement by identifying and managing meaningful relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry professionals
- Have a strong eye for identifying partners that have alignment with the Traeger brand, an authentic audience, and produce content that both performs and resonates
- Proactively outreach to brand partners, ensuring that they are informed of key campaigns and discussing opportunities for collaboration
- Bring forward content ideas or opportunities for social, events, media or any areas where Traeger can create meaningful synergy with brand partners
- Maintain product orders and the day-to-day needs of the partnership program
- Lead content initiatives, including identification and coordination with talent, aligning stakeholders and creative resources
- Track, analyze and report key metrics on on-going programs, and key activations
- Maintain and continuously improve Influencer CRM and reporting tools
- Stay current on trends in social media, influencer marketing, emerging platforms, and new technologies
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- At least 4 years of experience in influencer or brand partnerships, preferably with a lifestyle or CPG brand
- Savvy and knowledgeable about current influencer marketing trends and building partnerships with creators and influencers
- Passion for building and managing relationships at a high level and scale
- Highly organized and proactive
- Ability to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects
- Creative and strategic thinking with the ability to develop fresh ideas
