Sr Consultant, Bus Proc Mgmt

Responsible for leading on large and/or complex projects. The Business Process Management function is responsible for an end-to-end process analysis and design with an understanding of technical and operating challenges and solutions as they relate to the current and future business environment. Role creates process change by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating these changes. Subject matter expertise is beneficial. Typically would have some type of certification such as six sigma. 1. Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult. 2. As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth consulting and leadership to team and partners at a high technical level. 3. Operates independently and has in-depth knowledge of business unit, specific area of expertise and strong knowledge in other areas. 4. Strategic in developing, implementing and administering programs within functional areas 5. A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred. Related Industry qualification is preferred. - Excellent oral and written communication skills are required - In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required - Highly flexible and adaptable to change
