Responsible for providing customer service support for the national return center located in Louisville, KY.
Receiving inbound calls from customers, branches and vendors; entering and processing orders, credits, repairs; providing all follow-up pertaining to returns and repairs to ensure product is handled efficiently. Delivers highest quality of customer service to ADI customers, branches and vendors. Must be self-motivated and willing to cross-train and assist in other areas as required. Ensures a neat / clean work environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in the proper manner. Must be able to function in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate with other team members and supervision.
JOB DUTIES:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers, branches and vendors
- Processing Orders, returns, repairs
- Providing all follow - up
- Assist with closing open orders by resolving any discrepancies.
- Administrative support.
- Provide excellent customer service.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- High School diploma or GED
- At least 2 years in a customer service role.
- Excellent phone and communication skills.
- Organization, detail orientation and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity with a computer keyboard, basic math skills, and communication skills
