The Senior Data Analyst role will be supporting HCE's Salesorganization with Analytics that drive sustainable organic growth faster thanthe market. This role plays a pivotal role by collecting, analyzing, andinterpreting data to inform decision-making processes. They are responsible fortransforming raw data into meaningful insights that help drive businessstrategies and improve overall performance. This role requires a combination oftechnical skills, statistical knowledge, and a strong business acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Gather data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and external datasets. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
Clean, preprocess, and format raw data to make it suitable for analysis. Handle missing data, outliers, and inconsistencies.
Apply statistical techniques and data visualization tools to analyze and interpret data. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings. Summarize complex data in a format understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
Develop and maintain predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms when necessary. Validate and refine models to improve accuracy and relevance.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions.
Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Maintain data documentation and metadata.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Suggest process improvements to enhance data analysis efficiency.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with team members and management to align data analysis with business objectives.
MUST HAVE:
5 years experience in data analysis and Salesforce
2 years experience in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/ Wave); building datasets, recipes, and dashboards in CRM Analytics or related application

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Project Management skillset, and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
SaaS experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
Familiarity with data management and database systems.
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
