Information Security Consultant / Data Analyst

The Information Security Consultant and Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data elements across the enterprise that will provide Identity and Access Management senior leadership with a data driven view of the IAM Service. This role is expected to be able to identify where data elements may exist within the enterprise, coordinate collection of those elements, normalize data where appropriate, and perform multidimensional analysis that identifies trends and opportunities. A key strength of this position will be the ability to develop data visualizations to quickly and efficiently describe results for executive and business leadership.

This position plays a key role in the decision making process and is considered part of the IAM leadership team directly reporting to the Sr Director of IAM Services.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Data Analytics capability for the IAM service function
• Manage Data collection and reporting for IAM Service with sources across the enterprise.
• Ensure data is complete and accurate at all times. Remediate any inaccuracies of data and ensure data can be resolved back to authoritative sources accurately
• Develop analysis to support various requests from the IAM team.
• Report data analysis through multiple methods including dashboards, data visualization that may include , graphs, charts and animation
• Develop compelling data representations that breakdown complex items into actionable terms.
• Work with IAM Senior Leadership to help define the narrative that describes the services effectively and demonstrated progress towards goals.
• Build solid working relationships with Information Technology, Legal, Compliance and other business stakeholders, to maintain and improve processes to support IAM Service requirements.
• Maintain and produce IAM Service metrics as required./.

Experience and Knowledge

• Experience collaborating with matrixed organizations and cross enterprise groups
• 10+ years of data analytics and reporting experience
• Mastery of data normalization
• Advanced experience with Data Visualization.
• Proficient in developing in SQL, Python, Excel or equivalents
• 8+ years managing or consulting in large scale Cyber Security initiatives or programs
• 5+ years experience performing risk assessments or IT audit consulting
• 5+ years SME level work experience in related areas of Information Security Engineering, Architecture, Security Design, Security Operations and IT.
• Understanding OKR reporting

Education

• Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience
• Preferred: Certifications: (any combination)
