The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Sr Data Analyst for our expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level professional keen on impacting decision-making process through insights derived from data. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting complex digital data to help us make strategic business decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting full lifecycle data analysis to include requirements, activities, and design.
• Developing analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Receiving and interpreting data requests, identifying key trends, patterns and insights.
• Employing models and strategies to maximize the accuracy and utility of the interpreted data.
• Presenting and explaining insights and findings to non-technical team members and stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, IT or related field.
• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience utilizing statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
• Experience with databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, or ETL frameworks).

Nice-to-haves:

• Master's Degree in a related field.
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB.
• Certification in data analytics.
• Experience with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud.
