Role Details:

• The ADH is a client's trusted advisor, overseeing successful delivery of IT projects and initiatives, while also driving delivery led growth for the account
• The role typically requires a combination of excellent client management, technical expertise, and project management skills along with business development acumen serving customer delight
• Assurance of right delivery solutions in a profitable manner is an integral part of the role

Experience Required:

• Telecom background with knowledge of telecom concepts
• Cloud knowledge would be added advantage.
• Basic understanding of Linux Administration (L3), Storage, Networking, Automation and Python
• Good to have - Understanding of NMS tools like NetAct and basic knowledge of Avamar, EdenNet, ARC
