Location: Tewksbury, MA

Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

What will you do:

  • Collaborate with customers on service subjects such as quotes, issues found during repairs and updates to purchase orders based on approvals by the customer.
  • Handling Work Orders in the CRM to ensure that work completed on a customer asset is documented sufficiently to provide a service record for the asset.
  • Provide calibration support to the Calibration Lab for all makes and models of pipettes, including support for ISO 17025 accredited calibration certificates (ISO 8655).
  • Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Reference Standards associated with Depot Service and Calibration Laboratory operations.

Education:

  • A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is the required minimum education.
  • Technical school preferred.

Experience:

  • Preferred: +1 Year experience in a technical role
  • Required: Valid drivers' license
  • Preferred: Service repair and/or calibration experience
  • Preferred: Experience in customer service

  • Strong digital literacy including an understanding of Windows, Word, Excel and Access
  • Ability to learn and develop new processes within our CRM application
  • Experience within an accredited (ISO 17025) Calibration Laboratory a plus

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to travel overnight up to 20%
  • Ability to travel locally to customer sights as needed
  • Electronics manufacturing setting with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements including but not limited to: safety glasses protection and closed toed footwear.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting required.
