What You'll Bring:
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+years of experience in software design and active development, design experience in coding developing complex, large scale enterprise applications
• Experience with agile software development methodologies and practices such as Scrum, Atlassian tools such as Jira/Confluence, building user stories
• Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Adaptable to changes in product requirements, organizational structures and business conditions
• Learns and applies new technologies and techniques. Keeps up to date on current research and technology in the industry
• Recognizes the importance of collaboration to achieve objectives. Influences team members with creative changes and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrates analytical thinking, problem solving and adaptive communication

Technical Skills
Experience in Core Java, React JS, data structures, basic algorithms, and applying object-oriented principles and design patterns. Knowledge of Spark, BigData and Python is preferable.
Strong API design and development skills.
Proficiency with development tools such as IntelliJ, Visual Studio, GitLab, BitBucket, Maven.
Proficiency with relational databases craft and query construction and optimization (we use SQL Server and PostgreSQL; other RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems) experience is acceptable.)
Strong understanding of architectural principles of software development, modelling, and security.
Strong understanding of the deployment CI/CD pipeline tools such as Jenkins.
Good to have - experience in AWS and Google Cloud Platform services

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
