GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for the delivery of analysis and critical insights on digital (internet and mobile) customer experiences to understand customer behavior, product performance and clearly identify enhancement opportunities that improve customer usage, engagement, acquisition, retention and ROI.
Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. Responsible for the delivery of analysis and critical insights on digital (internet and mobile) customer experiences to understand customer behavior, product performance and clearly identify enhancement opportunities that improve customer usage, engagement, acquisition, retention and ROI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides analytics and insights that inform decision making to improve the user experience of Fifth Third's digital properties throughout the customer's journey shop, buy and use.
- Establish KPI strategy and tagging requirements necessary to deliver desired outcomes.
- Build automated, accurate dashboards and reporting to provide real-time and/or timely data and insights to business users to establish and measure business plans. Identify new trends and potential issues.
- Partner with Enterprise Data Office to provide necessary data to business users.
- Partner with Decision Sciences Group, Marketing, LOBs, IT, Finance and/or Customer Experience to provide analysis on the full customer journey and ensure alignment on data and insights.
- Influences leaders and peers across organizational lines to take action on analytic insights.
- Effectively communicates, presents and actively participates in discussions.
- Ensures that assigned work is conducted in compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and enterprise policies, procedures, and/or methodologies.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or equivalent work experience required. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a digital analytics role.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in all steps of the analytics process including problem definition, hypothesis development, program design, results analysis and insight creation in an executive ready format.
- Knowledge of key statistical principles including sample size calculation, design of experiments and familiarity of test design.
- Proficient in digital analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
- Experience with digital marketing tactics and platforms (e.g. Google Ads, FB/Instagram, Marin, Kenshoo, Sprinklr)
- Ability to translate analytic needs to tagging requirements to create robust performance metrics that will be used to optimize customer experience performance.
- Understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of integrity and personal ethics are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Normal office environment with little exposure to dust, noise, temperature and the like.
- Up to 20% travel.
- Extended viewing of CRT screen.
