Job Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Â
Leads quality and continuous process improvement efforts by working closely with concerned HR groups to identify areas for improvement and best practices. Acts as internal change agent/consultant and HR partner of line management in implementing HR interventions in the areas of data privacy, organization design and development, organizational performance enhancement, culture change management and service quality improvement. Ensures consistency in the implementation of HR Standards & Processes including 201 file management and assist in the development or revisions of M&P’s. Ascertain renewal of accreditations or certifications necessary to maintain the required standards in terms of organizational business as well as personal data processing. Support internal and external audits of all HR teams by leading pre-audit activities such as risk assessments and process reviews; liaising with audit POCs during audits; reviewing, reporting and coordinating to closure any audit finding or non-conformance. Responsible in ensuring that the organization has implemented the HIPAA, GLBA, PCI DSS Compliance Program and is working effectively to protect customer information against anticipated threats or hazards Project management responsibilities include the planning, coordination and completion of Human Resources projects on time within budget and within scope Project management responsibilities include the planning, coordination, documentation, risk-management, and completion of Human Resources projects on time within budget and within scope Assist in the management, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of QISMS Assesses the adequacy of in-place quality and security controls, policies, and procedures, reviews effectiveness incompliance with the ISO9001:2000 and ISO27001 standards and other Management Frameworks such as HIPAA, GLBA, PCIDSS. Actively participate with operating units in root-cause analysis for corrective actions to be taken. Able to undertake descriptive, diagnostic & predictive analytics. Manage Global Reporting & Monthly Dashboard independently with sound understanding of HR Metrics. Handling Global Projects. Leads technology-based innovation projects.

- Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
- Reports Information Security related incidents without any delay to the right authority. Example: All information related incidents, losses, weaknesses and software/hardware malfunctions, breaches of confidentiality.
- Actively participates during training, orientation and awareness programs pertaining to QISMS & Data Privacy.
- Protects the organization’s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
- Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.

Understanding of the Contact Center Industry Data analytics & Business Planning skills In-depth understanding on the client’s contractual and compliance requirements. Â
Education and/or experience:
Master’s Degree desired with minimum of 8-10 years of HR, Audit, Data Analytics and Project Management experience. A minimum of four years’ experience supervising teams is desirable

Certification in Project Management, Data analytics desirable.

Computer skills:Â MS Excel, MS Word, Microsoft Power Point, MS Project

Physical demands: May require weekend or evening work. May require travel to other sites for meetings and audits. Conscientious, organized and has initiative

Verbal proficiency in English. Knowledge of Indian language (Hindi) is an advantage.
