This role offers the opportunity to lead AI business strategy and adoption initiatives for technology providers, advising executives on AI product, service, and operational strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You will shape how AI is applied across organizations, guiding investment priorities, scaling product adoption, and optimizing operating models. The position combines thought leadership, market analysis, and direct engagement with C-suite leaders, influencing strategy, business model innovation, and long-term growth. You will develop actionable insights, create frameworks for AI adoption, and deliver presentations that inform executive decision-making. This role is high-impact, client-facing, and central to advancing AI-driven transformation in dynamic markets.

• Advise technology executives and C-suite leaders on AI strategy, product adoption, and operating model optimization.
• Translate emerging AI trends into pragmatic business guidance, shaping product strategy, revenue models, and competitive positioning.
• Conduct evidence-based research, author insights, and develop frameworks that guide technology providers in AI adoption and monetization.
• Engage directly with clients through webinars, presentations, and meetings to provide actionable recommendations for driving AI adoption and business impact.
• Collaborate with global analysts to establish research positions, ensure methodological rigor, and contribute to thought leadership content.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of expertise, collaboration, and innovation.
• Support sales and business development by providing market insights, industry trends, and strategic advice to client-facing teams.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in AI, business strategy, or technology leadership, with a proven track record of driving profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in AI adoption, business impact, and technology strategy, ideally with experience advising high-growth tech companies.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-suite leaders; able to influence decisions and communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience delivering insights at conferences and client briefings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, and frameworks that guide organizational transformation.
• Comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment with distributed teams.
• Graduate degree preferred; bachelor's degree required in Business, Technology, or related fields.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
