Sr Director, Business Intelligence

What You’ll Do:

The Sr Director, Business Intelligence will build and reimagine DeepIntent’s BI infrastructure at the Company. The Sr Director, Business Intelligence will report to the Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, Finance to drive key projects and initiatives for the organization. The Sr Director, Business Intelligence will be tasked with developing a data-driven framework to help guide the direction of our organization in many facets. This role will collaborate with the operational leaders to generate and deliver significant and impactful analysis and insights directly supporting business goals. The key area of oversight includes, but is not limited to:

• Support strategic decision making of the Company’s Executive Team
• Organize, take inventory of and document all billing and revenue analytics processes, reporting and tooling
• Identify areas for improvement and create a project plan to remediate deficiencies and elevate our capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering, operations analytics and finance to build project plan
• Oversee and participate in the execution of the project plan
• Manage BI tooling across departments
• Oversee the development of dashboards and reporting that provides business analytics across the organization
• Oversee the implementation of processes to improve data governance, quality and fidelity

Who You Are:

• 10+ years in a Business Intelligence or similar business analytics role; preferably within AdTech or digital media/advertising
• 10+ years in an analytics management role, having leadership experience with a proven record of delivery and elevating teams to achieve a higher level of performance
• Strong experience with tools needed to analyze and interpret data and draw conclusions
• Strong understanding and hands-on working experience in SQL relational databases, dashboarding and visualization tools (i.e., Looker) and scripting languages (i.e., Python)
• Self-starter; able to tackle complex problems into actionable plans
• Highly collaborative individual with a strong ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Strong verbal AND written communication skills
• A builder that enjoys creating and implementing streamlined processes
• Able to prioritize and multitask with exceptional time management skills

Salary Range: $180K -$225K

While the role is based in NYC, we are open to candidates who are remote and willing to work in EST and travel to NYC for periodic business meetings.
