Sr Director, Cyber AI Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Leader with a deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science technologies to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect our organization's AI and data science assets from cyber threats. This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker who has the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and implement AI and data science security strategies to mitigate cyber risks and protect the organization's data assets.
• Work collaboratively with data scientists and developers to ensure that security is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement cybersecurity best practices, processes, and controls to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Analyze security data and develop insights to identify emerging security threats and risks.
• Manage relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the organization is up to date on the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Build and lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the organization has the right people, processes, and technology in place to effectively manage cybersecurity risks.

• 8+ years of experience in Technology
• 4+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science technologies and their application in cybersecurity
• Experience in managing people/teams

Preferred Skills:

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and tools.
• Experience developing and implementing cybersecurity strategies in a complex and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Experience with security risk assessments, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based security solutions and services.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to stay up-to-date on the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and trends.
• Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $172,500/yr. - $287,500/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
