The Sr Finance Director, Working Capital and Cash supports the $11B PMT P&L and will be responsible for leading efforts to maximize Working Capital efficiency across Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT). These responsibilities include but are not limited to development of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, variance analysis, process improvement, creation of standard work, and best practice sharing. In addition, this position will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of the Management Operating System (MOS) and provide the PMT leadership team with meaningful performance analysis, insights, and recommendations. This position will report directly to the VP & CFO of PMT and will be based out of the Houston, TX with frequent exposure to the Performance Materials and Technologies (PMT) leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Group Global Working Capital leadership, capital efficiency strategies and influence and oversight - driving improvement initiatives and robust analysis in Customer to Cash Cycles (Account Receivables), Past Dues, Inventory, Unbilled, Payables, and Advances.
- Cross-functional coordination and project management that includes developing both long-term and daily execution timelines, driving outstanding actions / deliverables and managing effective communication and executive influence on business group leadership.
- Enhance cash flow forecasting process and reporting mechanisms to improve accuracy.
- Lead cash digitization efforts and implementing supporting tools to drive accountability.
- Lead efforts to identify, quantify and validate opportunities to improve business group level working capital processes and results.
- Develop and innovate sustainable solutions and action plans to ensure realization of identified working capital opportunities.
- Conceptualize and deploy value-added reporting and metrics for all components of Working Capital.
- Driving sustained and continuous improvement in business unit Working Capital Turns metric.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance.
- 10+ years of finance/business experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a team

- Demonstrated track record of successful project management execution
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
