This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling global downstream marketing strategy across consumer, healthcare professional, and commercial partner audiences in a highly regulated medtech environment. You will lead omnichannel commercialization efforts for a respiratory care portfolio, driving awareness, demand generation, and brand leadership across international markets. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring close collaboration with product, sales, medical affairs, and regional teams. You will also lead and develop a high-performing marketing organization, ensuring strong alignment between upstream innovation and downstream execution. This position offers the opportunity to influence global go-to-market strategies at a pivotal stage of growth. It is ideal for a marketing leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about improving patient outcomes through innovation.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead global downstream marketing strategy across consumer, HCP, and B2B audiences, ensuring alignment with brand positioning, clinical messaging, and growth objectives.
  • Translate upstream product strategy into compelling campaigns, messaging frameworks, and commercial tools in partnership with product marketing.
  • Oversee integrated consumer marketing initiatives, including DTC campaigns, digital performance marketing, patient education, and brand storytelling.
  • Drive HCP marketing strategies targeting specialists, providers, and care networks, including congress support, clinical education, and sales enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with global sales, market access, and regional teams to ensure execution consistency and commercial alignment across geographies.
  • Develop scalable sales enablement assets, training programs, and tools to support field teams and distribution partners globally.
  • Lead performance tracking, campaign analytics, and KPI development to measure ROI and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and healthcare marketing standards across all global activities.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
    • 12+ years of experience in medical device, medtech, or regulated healthcare marketing environments.
    • Proven expertise in leading downstream marketing across both consumer (DTC) and HCP-focused strategies.
    • Strong leadership experience managing and developing marketing teams of 10+ professionals, including people managers.
    • Experience working in global or multi-regional commercial environments with cross-functional coordination.
    • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, regulatory marketing processes, and medical/legal review frameworks.
    • Strong strategic and operational mindset with ability to balance executive-level thinking and hands-on execution.
    • Experience with digital marketing, omnichannel campaigns, CRM systems, and performance media strategies is highly preferred.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive base salary ranging from $192,000 to $240,000 annually
      • Eligibility for annual performance-based bonus program
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and matching
      • Generous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and paid volunteer time
      • Strong emphasis on employee wellbeing and work-life balance programs
      • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven, innovation-focused healthcare technology environment
      • Exposure to global markets and high-impact commercialization initiatives
      • Inclusive culture supporting professional growth and leadership development.
