Job Description
You will...
- Be responsible for the leadership and strategy of referral sales department.
- Be responsible for the management of regional sales support team members, identification and execution of opportunities to drive increases in referral sale.
- Be responsible for ownership of referral sales to budget
- Assists with business strategic planning and leads organizational design to support present and future strategy VRI.
- Establishes and implements short and long-range departmental goals, objectives and operating procedures.
- Develops and manages annual budget for the department and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
- Leads the strategy and administration of Government/3rd Party agency relationships to meet and exceed budgetary goals.
- Identifies new contract opportunities.
- Drives consistent, sustainable RMR growth for VRI's Government/3rd Party agencies.
- Responds to agency escalations.
- Manages regional sales team to drive increased referrals.
- Analyzes results and identifies opportunities to improve referral sales.
- Responsible for sizing market opportunities and developing go-to market strategies.
- Provides regular feedback to direct reports.
- Develops high-performing team members.
- Hires high-potential team members for key roles.
- Drives positive change to achieve both departmental and company-wide metrics.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of related professional experience
- Strong manager, strategist, visionary, change agent
- Excellent influencing skills
- Understanding of the dynamics of change management
- Process improvement skills and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record in leading and developing staff
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
