Sr Director, Product Management

We are looking for a Sr. Director, Product Management to join our team in one of today's most exciting technologies. This role will report to Vice President, Product Management and will be based in San Jose, CA HQ Office.

Location: This position will be based in San Jose, CA

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deeply understand the decarbonization markets, related energy/grid industry, and competitive landscape

• Drive product requirements and solution roadmap working across engineering, R&D and program management

• Develop plans to introduce new products/solutions, end to end, internally and externally

• Prioritize requirements for the product and solution; define the vision for the BE offering by collaborating with cross-functional teams from the engineering, product marketing, topline team, and operations to ensure that the business goals are met.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative market analysis including prioritizing potential markets, segments, and customers

• Develop strategies for new market and customer segment penetration

• Work cross functionally and collaboratively with Bloom's topline, product development, installation, service, and finance teams

Skills and Experience:

• 20+ years of experience in a mix of technical oversight and product management

• Electricity/Energy/Alternative fuel sectors experience strongly preferred

• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

• Strong mix of technical and market experience

• Ability to take complicated technical concepts and work with various stakeholders to determine solution level requirements

• Have a proven track record in product planning, defining, and launching successful products, and unifying product portfolios

• Demonstrated thought leadership to be better position, drive and inspire product creation

• A Bachelor's degree required, and MBA is highly preferred.

Salary Ranges:

$209,100.00 - $300,900.00
