Sr Director Product Management

The Senior Director, Product Management is responsible for overseeing multiple solution lines and ensuring that all products drive value and are aligned to overall business strategy. The focus is utilizing product management best practices to ensure Quantum Health meets and exceeds the needs of the market and customers.

What you'll do

• Product Strategy
• Conduct market research and customer discovery
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
• Develop and communicate a clear, compelling vision to stakeholders
• Create roadmaps that align with vision and business objectives
• Ensure ideation is backed by business cases and value differentiation

• Product Planning
• Analyze market and customer data to inform feature set
• Define and prioritize product features collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Define key performance metrics
• Ensure appropriate product management artifacts and ceremonies are applied

• Product Launches and Market Success
• Ensure roadmaps are translated into well-defined requirements and user stories
• Contemplate functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop acceptance criteria
• Oversee Ready-to-Market process
• Support Sales, Marketing and Client Executive teams to achieve growth objectives
• Monitor KPIs and adjust as necessary
• Team Leadership
• All other duties as assigned.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of twelve years product management experience
• Minimum five years departmental leadership experience
• Experience developing clinical or population health programs
• Healthcare industry experience
• Product delivery experience, including portfolio management, stage gating, ready-to-market, and ready-to-service
• Experience architecting and leading change management
• Excellent collaborator and ability to form partnerships
• Strong communications and writing skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized
• Preferred
• Experience successfully launching digital capabilities
• Proactive, autonomous work style
• Proficiency leveraging design and UX development work
• Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
