Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Senior Director Product Management for our Retirement Products team. Applying a thoughtful and measured analytical approach, the main objective of this role is to assist the Head of Retirement Products optimize the monetization (including renewal rates, pricing decisions, sun-setting, integration decisions, and go-to-market strategies) associated with our offerings. You will be responsible for leading key initiatives, collaborating with others from product, strategy, technology, operations, marketing, and sales to drive growth and efficiency execution. Responsibilities will include playing a role in our partnership identification and modeling efforts.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Build partnerships and mutual trust with key stakeholders to develop a strong shared understanding of product revenue and margin drivers
  • Review, recommend changes where warranted, and monitor progress towards executing changes with: Pricing schedules, Existing client pricing relative to user/usage rates, Discount and marketing affinity programs; including not just pricing, but engagement activities, Packaged discounts, Marketing lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Head of Retirement Products and others to identify opportunities for product and service integrations (internal and external) which may create efficiencies and facilitate more rapid product innovation
  • Develop and communicate cross-functional work plans ensuring clear expectations for ownership and accountability of key initiatives
  • Own monitoring, reporting, and key insight identification associated with revenue and margin optimization efforts
  • Be highly persuasive and capable of building consensus, despite potential disagreements or complexity
  • Apply learned insights, adapting and recommending alternatives when warranted, to maintain stakeholder buy-in of key initiatives
  • Develop and maintain high quality deliverables for tracking progress and communicating status of key initiatives

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience and demonstrated success collaborating with other functions, with influence but not direct reporting oversight, on pricing and/or go-to-market optimization
  • Exceptional demonstrated analytical and communication skills with market research, customer segmentation and price elasticity, and general system (i.e. marketing/sales workflow) dynamics
  • Ability to present business cases to drive stakeholder engagement, endorsement and process improvement

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: 140,000 - 160,000 depending on experience. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
  • Annual Bonus: 10%
