  • Serve as an escalation point for revenue cycle concerns, providing guidance, issue resolution, and support to maintain high levels of service and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives, special projects, and organizational priorities while supporting continuous improvement efforts across the revenue cycle function.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
    • 5–10 years of healthcare industry experience, including significant exposure to revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, or related functions.
    • Previous leadership experience within a multi-site healthcare system, ambulatory care environment, or complex healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, financial performance indicators, claims management, denial resolution, and reimbursement operations.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including data analysis and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
    • Experience utilizing business intelligence and reporting tools, including Power BI, to analyze and interpret operational data.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and analytical tools to support decision-making and process improvement.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and drive organizational change through collaboration and strategic thinking.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Ability to travel up to 35% as needed to healthcare centers and corporate locations.
    • Benefits

      • Fully remote position within the United States.
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
