We are seeking an equally passionate Senior Director, Talent and Culture, who will design and develop a best-in-class integrated talent strategy that reinforces PosiGen's Mission and Values.

Salary Range is $150,000 - $175,000

The Sr Director, Talent and Culture will oversee a number of initiatives designed to further align onboarding, performance management, learning/training, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and other people centric initiatives. Job duties include:

  • Accountable for all Talent Management and Culture Development including On-boarding, Offboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Learning, Culture, Employee Engagement, Change Management, and Organizational Effectiveness
  • Support the people strategy, with accountability for the delivery of company-wide talent management and development programs
  • Apply analytical skills and leverage talent data to identify gaps and drive predictive analysis of talent management and development needs across the organization, in addition to keeping an eye on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Review, continuously improve and educate people leaders on Performance Management so that it becomes an integral aspect of the culture
  • Actively partner with and amplify Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging efforts and ensure PosiGen enables everyone to bring their authentic selves to work

Most of the work for this position can be performed Remotely, however some travel will be required.

Education/Experience

  • 15+ years of HR experience across a wide spectrum of functional disciplines, including a minimum of 8 yrs in HR leadership roles.
  • BA/BSc Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business or Organizational Development or demonstrated experience in a similar business environment required
  • Has successfully implemented HR programs and projects or HR Transformation change initiatives in a high-growth environment
  • Direct experience in the design, development and implementation of talent and leadership development initiatives
  • Research-minded approach with ability to use data, translate it into insights and consult and influence effectively
  • Masterโ€™s Degree in HR or MBA preferred
  • SPHR,ย  SHRM SCP andย  Additional training/certification in instrumentation, tools or practices preferred
