Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of all sales employee tools, offer execution support, release testing and order entry and database process improvement. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of leaders and professionals.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, support, and implementation of desktop tools for the residential sales organization.
  • Assesses needs and influences strategic roadmaps to drive achievement of business objectives.
  • Partners and fosters strategic partnerships across multiple business units.
  • Drives capabilities to improve ease of use and efficiency for the residential sales organizations.
  • Monitors desktop tools to maintain the availability, performance, and efficacy.
  • Drives implementation and adoption of desktop tools.
  • Analyzes existing solutions, streamlines processes, and recommends upgrades to improve end-user experience, customer experience and productivity.
  • Directs testing of desktop tool and offer releases; executes, monitors, and evaluates the progress of the programs.
  • Translates business strategy into offer construct and drives implementation.
  • Serves as technical liaison and consults on user access, profiles and security.
  • Reviews and translates data to understand impacts and ROI of changes.
  • Provides business requirements for process, tools and offers.
  • Enables automation and drives process improvement.
  • Creates and executes executive communications strategies and plans.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
