Sr ERP Analyst
Sr ERP Analyst for HoneywellInternational, Inc. (Charlotte, NC)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as part of the global ISC (Integrated supply chain) initiative different ISC business processes across multiple Honeywell SBG (Strategic business groups) will be reviewed, reengineered and redesigned to have one Common Process and system.
Provide design and solution expertise to support the realization and design of the supply chain planning functionalities on Kinaxis Rapid Response, Enterprise Data warehouse, etc.
Develop solutions in supply chain planning by working identified gaps, lead in solution design, and develop Rapid Response application in meeting of business requirements partnering with Business leadership in identifying best practice in ISC and implement the same to improve the overall planning.
Conduct customer workshops to understand end to end business process requirements, articulate in propose of the best possible solution.
Responsible for business consulting, configure the system to support business requirements, design/configure different seeded resources like worksheets/workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, etc.
Design and develop technical/functional specifications, good understanding functional areas within Rapid Response application.
Prepare different modules like Supply Planning/MRP, Forecasting and Demand Planning, ATP, Aggregate Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Attribute Based Planning, Sales & Operations Planning with required interfaces and data management/data migration.

YOU MUST HAVE:
Qualified applicants musthave a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering,Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field and eight (8)years of experience in Supply Chain Planning with functional experience on keyapplications, including SAP MRP, Kinaxis RapidResponse.
Full term of experiencemust include: Demand Planning; Statistical Forecasting; Consumption basedPlanning; Re-order point Planning; MRP; MPS; Capacity Planning and ProductionScheduling; integration of Planning function with Manufacturing, MaterialsManagement, P2P, Sales and Distribution, Logistics and Costing functions;Supply Chain Planning Master Data Maintenance, including Material Master, BOM, Workcenter, Routings, Vendor Master, Customer Master, Info records, source list,Schedule agreements, contracts and hands on with variant configuration process.
Up to 50% international and domestic travel required.
Telecommuting permittedup to two (2) times per week.
