Notified , a business segment within West Technology Group , is adding a Sr Field Marketing Manager to our Marketing team in New York City. The Sr Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the engagement marketing strategy and will work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth through customer experiences and events, engagement marketing, effective demand generation, and pipeline acceleration campaigns.
This position will offer a hybrid work schedule; Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in our office in Midtown with the option of working remotely on Monday & Friday.
Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, including events, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and other marketing campaigns.
• Understand where our brand needs to be visible at key events, with relevant media, industry organizations, regional chapters, etc.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts, develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, and execute campaigns to engage and convert prospects into customers.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to ensure that regional marketing programs align with corporate messaging and branding guidelines.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track performance and ROI.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, product, and regional leadership teams.
• Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on trends and best practices.
• Identify and execute where our brand needs to be visible for optimal awareness and interaction opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar positionmay be substituted for educational requirements.
Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on field marketing, engagement marketing, demand generation, pipeline acceleration required.

Other:

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience interacting with executives in-person in demanding environments.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience. The hiring pay range for this position is anticipated between $110,000 - $120,000 annually.
